Haiti is one of the poorest nations in the world, with widespread poverty and low educational achievement.

This dire situation was worsened by a huge earthquake on January 12, 2010, which left around 220,000 people dead and 1.5 million Haitians homeless.

We work with partner organizations to support children in the remote and under-developed Central Plateau region, as well as in high-risk urban areas in and around the capital, Port-au-Prince.
